A leading educational institution seeks a Cover Supervisor and HLTA to join their team starting September 2025. NJC Grade D (Cover Supervisor): £25,992 - £27,711 FTE and NJC Grade E (HLTA): £29,572 to £32,654 FTE (both contracts will be paid pro-rata to reflect hours and weeks worked)
These are two permanent roles to be fulfilled by one individual, working a total of 32.5 hours per week (Cover Supervisor 15 hours per week, HLTA 17.5 hours per week), 39 weeks per year

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to fill both roles of Cover Supervisor and HLTA to join our team in September 2025.
We are a growing school, opened in September 2020, currently serving Nursery to Year 4, extending to Year 5 in September. We seek a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to support learning and wellbeing as a Cover Supervisor and HLTA. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, a supportive attitude, commitment, positivity, and a willingness to learn. Fluency in English is essential.
