Cover Supervisors - Supply Work - Worksop

Are you passionate about education and looking to make a difference in the classroom? Tradewind are currently seeking reliable, adaptable, and confident Cover Supervisors to work on a supply basis in secondary schools across Worksop.

Position: Cover Supervisor (Supply)
Location: Worksop and surrounding areas
Contract Type: Flexible supply work (Full-time and Part-time opportunities available)
Start Date: Ongoing

About the Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you'll step into the classroom in the absence of the teacher, delivering pre-set work and maintaining a positive learning environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates, future trainee teachers, or experienced education professionals seeking flexible work.

Responsibilities:

• Supervising classes during teacher absence

• Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies

• Ensuring pupils remain engaged and on-task

• Reporting back to teaching staff on student progress and conduct

We're Looking For:

• A confident and professional individual with strong classroom presence

• Previous experience in schools or working with young people is desirable

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• A genuine interest in supporting student learning

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
