Cover Supervisors Needed - September Start

Location: Secondary Schools across Oxfordshire

Start Date: September 2025

Pay Rate: 115 - 145 a day, depending on experience

Flexible working options (Daily, short-term, long-term, Permanent)

About the Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the regular teacher. You'll maintain a positive classroom environment, ensuring students stay on tasl and follow school policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and stimulating lessons across a variety of subjects.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policy
• Provide feedback to teaching staff after lessons
• Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment for students to thrive.

We're Looking For:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Enhanced DBS check (Or be willing to complete one)
• Previous experience working with young people
• Subject specialism (e.g Geography degree, History, English etc)
