Experienced Cover Supervisor Wanted – Weymouth
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Cover Supervisor to join our partner schools across Weymouth & surrounding areas. In this pivotal role, you will provide effective classroom supervision across a range of subjects, ensuring a smooth and engaging learning experience in the absence of teaching staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver pre-set lesson content confidently and clearly
Uphold school behaviour policies and manage classroom expectations
Provide feedback to heads of department following cover lessons
Support students with questions and keep them on task
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or HLTA
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A good understanding of safeguarding and pupil welfare
The ability to adapt quickly to different classroom environments

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
