Job summary

Vision for Education Ltd are recruiting experienced Cover Supervisors to work across a range of secondary school settings in Trafford. As a Cover Supervisor, you will take responsibility for leading classes in the absence of the teacher, delivering pre-set lesson plans and maintaining a positive learning environment.

You'll support students with their work, manage behaviour effectively, complete registers, and provide clear handover information to teaching staff.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor in secondary schools
• Ability to maintain a calm, focused learning environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to supporting young people's learning and development
• Willingness to provide suitable references, Enhanced DBS, and Right to Work in the UK

The School and the Role

To be considered for this Cover Supervisor role, you must:

• Have previous experience working as a Cover Supervisor in secondary schools
• Be confident managing classrooms and maintaining a calm, focused learning environment
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Be committed to supporting young people's learning and development
• Be able to provide suitable references, hold (or be willing to apply for) an Enhanced DBS, and have the Right to Work in the UK
