Job summary

Vision For Education is seeking Classroom Supervisors to support SEN schools in the West Bromwich area. You will help supervise classrooms, support student development, and uphold school policies within a supportive team.

Applicants should have experience with SEND and possess strong communication skills to quickly build rapport with students. References and DBS checks will be required as part of safeguarding procedures.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

Classroom Management

• Supervise and manage the classroom in the absence of the regular teacher.

About you

To be considered for the Classroom Supervisors, you will:

• Have previous experience working with children and young people with a range of special educational needs, such as learning difficulties, autism and looked after children.
• Suitable qualifications such as Youth Work, Health and Social Care or Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools are desired but not essential.
• Have strong communications skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with students
• Able to obtain suitable references and a DBS check.
