Cover Supervisor

Location: West Bromwich, Birmingham

Start Date: September 2025

Teaching Personnel is currently looking to recruit an experienced cover supervisor to work in a secondary school in the West Bromwich area of Birmingham. The ideal candidate would have previous experience as a cover supervisor within the UK.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has previous experience working as a cover supervisor within the UK
  • Possesses outstanding behaviour management skills
  • Holds an enhanced child DBS on the update service (or is willing to apply for one)
  • Can successfully teach a class of up to 30 students
  • Is confident and outgoing
  • Prides themselves on representing Teaching Personnel in all schools
