Responsibilities of a Cover Supervisor:

1. Deliver pre-set work in a variety of subjects
2. Ensure pupils remain on task
3. Follow the schools policies and procedures including behaviour policy
4. Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and supportive learning environment
5. Represent Teachers Together with professionalism and integrity at all times
6. Provide constructive feedback as required

Requirements to be a Cover Supervisor via Teachers Together:

1. Proof of experience within a similar role
2. 5 years worth of references
3. A current enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service (if not currently held, Teachers Together will introduce you to a partner that will be able to help)
