Job description

At Court Fields School, we are proud of our inclusive and supportive learning environment. We are seeking a confident, enthusiastic, and adaptable Cover Supervisor to join our dedicated team and play a vital role in maintaining continuity of education during teacher absences.

Position: Cover Supervisor

Hours: 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year

Grade: 13 (£25,183 - £27,269 FTE pay award pending)

Actual starting salary: £18,942

As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes across Key Stage 3 and 4 during the short-term absence of teaching staff, deliver pre-prepared lesson plans, ensure students stay on task, manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies, and provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour.
