Job summary

Forever Education is supporting a Good-rated secondary school in Watford, Hertfordshire to recruit a Cover Supervisor. The role is full-time, permanent, employed directly by the school, with a September 2026 start.

You will supervise classes during teacher absences, deliver pre-planned lessons, support student learning, and help develop classroom behavior and engagement.

Qualifications

• Must have a 1st class or 2:1 degree from a reputable university.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Confidence working with young people.
• A positive, proactive and professional attitude.
• Previous experience working with children or young people is beneficial but not essential.
