Job summary

A local educational staffing agency is seeking an experienced Cover Supervisor to support schools in Warrington. Responsibilities include maintaining discipline and assisting students with their work. Ideal candidates should have relevant experience in a secondary school setting and be adaptable in delivering lessons. An Enhanced DBS is required or must be obtained. This temporary position offers £105 - £110 per day.

Job Title: Cover Supervisor

Duration: Ongoing

Location: Warrington

Salary: £105 - £110 per day

Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 8:30am - 3:45pm

Core Education is currently working with schools in the Warrington area, who have requirements for a Cover Supervisor.

Cover Supervisor Key Responsibilities:

• Taking attendance registers
• Maintaining classroom discipline
• Supervising students, ensuring the students remain engaged and focused on pre-prepared work
• Support learning and provide guidance and support to students

Cover Supervisor Experience:

• Confident in tailoring lesson delivery to accommodate students
• Previous experience working within a secondary school setting as a Cover Supervisor
• Qualification within Education is desirable
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

The successful Cover Supervisor will need an Enhanced DBS or be willing to apply for one.
