  • An Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise students during teacher absences.
  • Ensure pupils remain on task with set work.
  • Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policy.
  • Take attendance and report absences.
  • Communicate effectively with teaching staff.
  • Ensure a calm and respectful learning environment.
  • Follow safeguarding procedures rigorously.
  • Support individual students when needed.
  • Promote high expectations and consistent routines.
  • Cover duties such as break or lunch supervision.
