About the position

We are currently recruiting confident and reliable individuals to work as Cover Supervisors. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering pre-prepared lessons, managing classroom behaviour, and maintaining a positive learning environment in the absence of the regular classroom teacher.

Applicant requirements

• Previous experience working in a school or educational setting, or a strong academic background

• A genuine interest in supporting the development of young people

• Confidence in managing a classroom and the ability to engage students effectively

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or a willingness to apply for one
