Outwood Academy Ormesby in Middlesbrough is seeking a proactive Cover Supervisor to supervise classes during short-term teacher absences and implement prepared work under guidance.

The role is 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:00am to 3:00pm, term-time plus 5 days, with a salary of £21,222.83 to £22,208.69 (Grade 5, SCP 9-11).

Salary (Actual Salary): £21,222.83 to £22,208.69 (Grade 5, SCP 9-11)

Working Pattern: 32.5 Hours Per Week, Monday to Friday 8:00am to 3:00pm, Term Time only + 5 days

Are you a proactive and engaging individual with excellent classroom management skills, ready to step in and ensure continuity of learning during teacher absences? Do you excel at motivating students and maintaining a constructive working environment across various subjects? The overall purpose of this post is to supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of teachers and implement work programmes under the guidance of teaching staff.
