Outwood Grange Academies Trust is seeking a proactive Cover Supervisor at Outwood Academy Carlton in Barnsley. This role supports learning continuity during teacher absences, supervising whole classes and ensuring a constructive environment.

Working pattern is 3 days, 22.5 hours, term time plus 2 additional days. The successful candidate will motivate students, manage behavior, and follow set work programmes under teaching staff guidance.
