Job summary

TipTopJob is seeking a Classroom Cover Supervisor to lead classes in secondary schools without planning or marking duties. The role is full-time during term time, with daily pay and flexible hours to fit school schedules.

You will deliver pre-set lesson plans for KS3/KS4, manage the learning environment, and communicate progress to faculties. An enhanced DBS check is preferred or willingness to obtain one.

Qualifications

Your Role as a Classroom Lead

As a Cover Supervisor, you are the steady hand that ensures high:quality learning continues in the teachers absence.

• Facilitate Learning: Deliver pre:set lesson plans across various subjects (KS3 and KS4), ensuring students remain engaged and on:task.
• Manage the Environment: Utilise your natural leadership skills to maintain a calm, productive, and safe classroom atmosphere.
• Liaise with Faculty: Provide concise feedback to departments regarding student progress and behaviour during the session.
• Professional Presence: Act as a role model, upholding the schools values and safeguarding standards at all times.
