Teaching Personnel are currently working with a secondary school-based Stoke-on-Trent who are looking for a general cover supervisor to start full time after October half-term. This is a great opportunity for anyone who is considering a career within teaching but wanting to gain further experience within a mainstream secondary school.

About the role:
  • Start date: 3rd November

As a general Cover Supervisor, you will work across KS3 and KS4 covering a range of subjects in the absence of the class teachers. All work and resources are pre-planned and provided so these must be completed to a high standard. You will manage behaviour and follow the school’s behaviour policies when necessary. Additionally, you will feedback to heads of departments when necessary, providing any significant information on student’s behavioural updates/incidents.
