Job Title: Cover Supervisor (CS)

Location: Spilsby

Salary: £90 - £120 per day (Depending on Experience)

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education is seeking a Cover Supervisor to join a vibrant secondary school in Spilsby. This role offers an excellent opportunity for passionate individuals eager to manage classrooms effectively, deliver pre-set lessons, and foster a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and deliver pre-planned lessons across various subjects.
2. Manage classroom behaviour and promote a productive learning environment.
3. Support and encourage student engagement and learning.
4. Adapt to different classrooms and year groups as needed.
5. Report student progress or concerns to teaching staff.

Requirements:

1. Strong communication and leadership skills.
2. Ability to confidently manage a classroom with enthusiasm.
3. A passion for education and working with young people.
4. Previous experience is desirable but not essential.
5. Current CV covering the last 10 years with explanations for any gaps.
6. Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one.
