Cover Supervisor Wanted – Secondary Schools (Spalding, Lincolnshire)

Are you confident, adaptable, and ready to take the lead in the classroom? We’re looking for a Cover Supervisor to support secondary schools in Spalding, Lincolnshire, stepping in to cover lessons across a range of subjects.

Location: Spalding, Lincolnshire
Working Hours: School hours (typically 08:30 – 15:30)
Pay: Starting at £110/day, with potential to increase based on experience and performance

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver pre-set lesson plans across various subjects
2. Maintain a focused, respectful classroom environment
3. Manage student behaviour effectively and consistently
4. Support pupils’ learning and engagement during teacher absences

1. Confident and calm in front of a class
2. Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
