Cover Supervisor
Location: Dover
Salary: Starting from £90 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediately
Contract: Day-to-day, Temporary and Long-term

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Deliver lessons using plans provided by the class teacher

• Supervise student behaviour and encourage positive participation

• Ensure continuity of learning in the teacher s absence

• Collaborate with staff to monitor engagement and report outcomes

• Maintain classroom order and respond to any immediate needs

• Promote a calm, focused learning environment

Cover Supervisor Role Requirements:

• Degree in any subject discipline

• Strong classroom management and confident communication

• Professional attitude and a passion for education

• Ability to engage and motivate secondary-aged learners

• Legal right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship)

• Adaptability and readiness for short-notice cover
