Role Overview:

We are seeking committed Cover Supervisors to join our team and support the Trust. The successful candidates will work within a secondary school, delivering pre-planned lessons to students and supporting their academic growth.

  1. Guide pupils through pre-planned lessons, ensuring they are engaging and effective.
  2. Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  3. Support the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs.
  4. Record student progress and provide feedback to teachers.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in a secondary school or school setting.
  • Strong understanding of the national curriculum and educational best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • Ability to drive is preferred; if not, you must have sufficient links to public transport.
