Teaching Personnel is seeking recent graduates to participate in the 'Future Teachers Programme' as Cover Supervisors in secondary schools. This role provides valuable hands-on experience in education, helping you earn your PGCE and QTS while being paid. The position offers a Monday to Friday schedule, enabling you to gain practical insights into teaching and learning facilitation.
Teaching Personnel are looking for graduates who wish to work within the education sector. We have set up a 'Future Teachers Programme' to aid your development into a career post University. If you wish to gain practical experience prior to enrolment of formal teacher training this is the programme for you!
The successful Future Teachers will work in a secondary school as a Cover Supervisor. You will b e required to cover lessons during the s hort term absence of the teacher who will have set suitable work for the duration. The role of the successful cover supervisor is to supervise the class whilst they complete tasks set by the teacher. This requires no active teaching, m arking or planning but will ensure that a h igh quality learning experience is delivered to all students giving you a real insight into working as a T eacher .
This would be looking to start in September 202 5
