This is a fantastic opportunity to start inSeptemberand play a key role in ensuring that our students continue to thrive in the short-term absence of their teachers.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will help maintain excellent student behaviour and create an engaging environment where learning can continue smoothly. With cover work provided wherever possible, you'll have the support you need to guide students in their lessons. We will also consider your subject preferences to ensure you're involved in areas you're passionate about.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise students during lessons and ensure they stay on task
  • Respond to general student queries and report on behaviour
  • Provide feedback to teachers on student engagement and classroom dynamics
  • No planning, preparation, or assessment required unless there's a long-term absence

We’re looking for someone withexcellent interpersonal skillswho can quickly build positive relationships with both students and staff. Whether you're a graduate looking to explore a career in teaching or someone with prior experience in education, this role offers an invaluable opportunity to gain first-hand experience in the classroom.
