Job Title: Cover Supervisor
Location: Rochester
Start Date: Immediate Start
Salary: £110 - £120 per day

We are proud to be working with a number of fantastic Secondary Schools across Rochester, and we are actively recruiting for Cover Supervisors to support them with quality and consistent staff. Cover Supervisors play a vital role in schools - keeping lessons on track and ensuring students remain engaged in their learning. This is a brilliant opportunity to gain classroom experience, develop new skills, and make a real difference.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher
• Manage behaviour and ensure students remain focused and engaged
• Support students in their learning and encourage participation
• Provide feedback to teaching staff where necessary
• Work flexibly across different subjects and year groups (KS3 & KS4)
• Create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

• CACHE Level 2/3 or at least 6 months classroom-based experience
• Confidence in managing a classroom of students aged 11-16
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage young learners
• Flexibility to work across departments and adapt to different school settings
