Job Title: Cover Supervisor

We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and inspiring person to join us. We wish to appoint a Cover Supervisor to work as part of our team, covering classes and supporting the work of our teachers.

Role Overview:

1. Supervise lessons at short notice.
2. Occasionally take on longer cover assignments.
3. Ensure learning objectives are achieved and good behaviour maintained.

You will be required to cover all subjects as a floating teacher. We seek candidates with high initiative and strong classroom management skills. You should be enthusiastic, able to use your own initiative, relate well to young people, and establish rapport. Flexibility, teamwork, and understanding of classroom roles are essential. Participation in development and training opportunities is encouraged.

We are looking for someone with commitment, energy, and drive to work closely with our staff to provide positive learning experiences and outcomes.

This role could be suitable for experienced HLTA or individuals starting their teaching career.
