Job summary

Rainham Mark Grammar School seeks a confident Cover Supervisor (32.5 hours, term time plus 5 days) to join our school community. You will supervise classes in teachers' absence, keep students on task with the set work, and maintain a positive learning environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, good behaviour management, and the ability to foster positive relationships with students. Experience in supporting young people is beneficial.

We are seeking a confident and reliable Cover Supervisor (32.5 hours, term time plus 5 days) to join Rainham Mark Grammar School. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young people and is considering a career in education. You will supervise whole classes during the absence of teaching staff, ensuring students remain on task with the work set and maintaining a positive learning environment. Strong communication skills, good behaviour management and the ability to build positive relationships with students are essential.
