Milk Education is recruiting a proactive Cover Supervisor to join a supportive secondary school near the Oldham area. You will cover lessons, manage classrooms and support pupils to stay focused on pre-set work.

Ideal candidates will have strong behaviour management, clear communication and the ability to follow lesson plans with minimal supervision while providing feedback to teachers. September start with long- or short-term placements.

Qualifications

• Must have recent and relevant experience as a Cover Supervisor or working in an education setting supporting secondary-aged pupils.
• Strong classroom control and the ability to manage behaviour effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional approach.
• Must have the ability to work under the guidance of school leadership and follow lesson plans accurately.
