The Harbour Schools Partnership, in partnership with Roundswell Community Primary Academy, is seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to support teaching and pupil development. The role is permanent, 30.5 hours per week over 39 weeks, Monday to Friday, with duties to plan, deliver and assess learning activities.

GCSE English and Maths at grade 4+ are required, along with experience with children across key stages.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children across key stages.
• Experience as a Teaching Assistant or Cover Supervisor delivering whole-class activities.
• English and Maths qualifications at GCSE grade 4 or equivalent.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.

Responsabilités

Salary: NJC Grade D: £27,709 - £29,542 FTE (This will be paid pro-rata to reflect hours and weeks worked)

Roundswell Community Primary Academy are seeking a dedicated and motivated Cover Supervisor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting teaching, learning and pupil development across the school.

• Plan, prepare and deliver learning activities to individuals, groups and whole classes

• Support teachers by helping create an engaging learning environment and preparing resources

• Monitor, assess and record pupils' progress, providing detailed feedback and evidence

• Lead small-group interventions and support delivery of literacy, numeracy and other curriculum strategies

• Contribute to out-of-school learning activities as required
