Are you a graduate, sports coach, youth worker, or aspiring teacher looking to gain valuable classroom experience? Milk Education is looking for confident, enthusiastic, and proactive individuals to work as Cover Supervisors across Wakefield and nearby areas.

As a Cover Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in supporting local secondary schools by delivering pre-set lessons, managing classroom behaviour, and ensuring a positive learning environment while teachers are absent. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on school experience — ideal for anyone considering a career in teaching or education.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Supervising classes and delivering pre-prepared work in the teacher's absence
  • Managing student behaviour and promoting a positive, inclusive classroom environment
  • Supporting learners to stay on task and engage with lesson content
  • Building relationships with students and staff across a variety of schools
