We are looking to appoint a Cover Supervisor as soon as possible. The role is crucial in supporting teaching and learning. You will work under the guidance of teaching staff to supervise classes when teachers are absent and you will be expected to cover lessons in Student Support when needed. Appropriate work will be provided and you will ensure that students focus on the tasks set. You will also cover morning tutor time in the absence of the form tutor. Exam invigilation is part of the role and you may be assigned to a subject department to assist teachers generally. You will be flexible, willing to learn, and able to form positive relationships in school. Training will be provided.
