GSL Education is looking for a friendly and confident Cover Supervisor to work at a secondary school in Market Rasen. This is a great opportunity for anyone who enjoys working with young people and wants to gain school-based experience.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will step in when teachers are absent and make sure students stay on task and follow the lesson plan.

Your Role Will Include:

• Following the teacher’s plans and instructions
• Managing behaviour and keeping students focused
• Helping students where needed
• Reporting any issues to school staff

What You Need:

• A calm and positive attitude
• Good communication and people skills
• Confidence working with young people
• Experience in a school or youth setting is helpful but not essential
• An Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to get one
