Teacher Active Limited is seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to support schools by supervising lessons, delivering pre-set work, and maintaining a safe, productive learning environment. You will help students stay on task and assist staff in delivering high-quality learning experiences across the region.

The role emphasizes strong communication, a calm and proactive classroom management style, and a passion for supporting student success. Prior school experience is beneficial but not essential.

What is a Cover Supervisor?

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising students during lessons, ensuring they remain engaged with pre-set work in the absence of their regular teacher. You'll play a crucial role in supporting both students and staff, ensuring the classroom environment remains productive, respectful, and safe.
