Cover Supervisor – Harrow

Full-time or 4-5 days flexible working.

Career Teachers is working with secondary schools across London. We are seeking a Cover Supervisor for short-term, long-term (potential), or day-to-day roles. This is a great opportunity to work flexibly and gain experience within schools.

The Cover Supervisor supports teaching teams by covering classes and ensuring students are engaged in tasks. This role is vital in secondary schools, especially in the absence of regular teachers.

The Cover Supervisor is responsible for classroom control and student safety.

Suitable candidates will have:

• No formal qualifications required
• Experience with secondary/further education, tutoring, sports coaching, youth work
• Graduates or HLTA/TA seeking career progression
