Education First Recruitment is seeking enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to work across Croydon primary schools on daily supply. You will support pupils' learning, manage classrooms in the absence of a teacher, and adapt quickly to different year groups and subjects.

Ideal candidates have prior school experience, strong communication and classroom management skills, and a flexible, reliable approach. DBS Update Service is preferred, but willingness to obtain one is acceptable.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in a school or similar educational setting.
• Able to confidently manage a classroom and supervise groups of primary-aged pupils.
• Willingness to obtain an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or already on it.

About the Role

These Cover Supervisor opportunities are ideal for candidates seeking flexible, ad hoc and daily supply work, offering the chance to work in different school environments while supporting pupils' learning and development.

We are looking for proactive Cover Supervisors who can confidently manage a classroom, deliver pre-planned lessons and maintain a positive learning environment in the absence of the usual class teacher. You must be comfortable working with secondary-aged pupils and able to adapt quickly to different classes, subjects and school settings.

Key Responsibilities
