We’re working with a vibrant and supportive mixed secondary school in Newham that’s looking for a Cover Supervisor to join them from September. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm role – ideal for someone looking to gain classroom experience and grow their career in education.

Role Overview:

Supervise whole classes during short-term teacher absence

Ensure students remain on task with the work set by teaching staff

Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies

Support the overall learning environment and report progress to relevant staff

About You:

Experience working with secondary-aged students in a school or similar setting

Confident, adaptable, and able to manage behaviour effectively
