Cover Supervisor
Location: Lambeth
Salary: 100- 120 per day
Start Date: September 2025

The Role

We are seeking a confident and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor on behalf of one of our secondary schools in Lambeth. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring that students remain engaged in their learning and follow the pre-set lesson plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure students stay on task.
  • Manage classroom behaviour in line with the school's policies.
  • Support students with their learning and encourage participation.
  • Provide feedback to teachers on student engagement and progress.
  • Supervise students during break times if required.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

Has excellent communication and classroom management skills.

Can engage and motivate students across a range of subjects.
Is adaptable, proactive, and able to think on their feet.
Has experience working with young people, preferably in an educational setting.
(Desirable) Holds a degree or relevant qualification in education.
