Cover Supervisor - Term Time Only

We are recruiting a full-time, term-time only Cover Supervisor to support our school by covering for absent teachers. The role involves supervising pupils aged 11-18 years, with some duties involving younger pupils.

The successful candidate will:

• Have experience working with or raising young adults and children
• Be organized and confident in managing a classroom
• Possess knowledge and experience of using technology to support learning

Key duties include:

• Covering lessons, supervising pupils during break times, and other supervision duties in the absence of teachers and assistant teachers
• Registering pupils in class
• Ensuring pupils stay on task with set work
• Maintaining high standards of behavior according to school policy

The rate of pay depends on qualifications and experience.

All pay rates include statutory holiday pay of 12.07%. This is a temporary position, with potential for permanency in the future.
