Vida Education in Lancaster is seeking Cover Supervisors to work across a range of secondary schools in the area. This flexible role is ideal for those who enjoy working with young people and want day-to-day, short-term or long-term placements.

You will supervise classes during teacher absence, support pupils with their work and help maintain a positive learning environment. A positive, professional attitude and good communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people, preferably in a school setting.
• Ability to maintain a positive learning environment and manage classroom behaviour.
• Strong communication skills and professional attitude.
