Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage classrooms during teacher absences

  • Uphold school behaviour policies and promote student engagement

What We’re Looking For:

  • A confident and professional individual with strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively
  • Enthusiasm for working with secondary school students
  • Sports coaching or playing experience is highly desirable
  • Previous experience working with young people is an advantage but not essential
  • An Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Two professional references covering recent work history
  • Willingness to complete safeguarding and classroom management training (provided free)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
