Job Title: Cover Supervisor

Location: Kidderminster

Start Date: Immediate Start

Salary: GBP 100 - GBP 150 per day

Role Responsibilities

Our Cover Supervisors play a vital role in schools, whether on a day-to-day, long-term, or permanent basis. The role does not include planning and preparation, but strong communication and classroom management skills are essential.

Candidate Requirements

• CACHE Level 2/3 or 6 months' experience
• Confidence in managing classes of students aged 11 to 16+
• Ability to manage behaviour effectively to keep students engaged
• Flexibility to work across different departments and age ranges daily
