Job description

Teaching Personnel are seeking to recruit a Cover Supervisor for a Secondary School based in Kettering Northamptonshire, for as soon as possible!

Post Title: Cover Supervisor
Responsible to: Data Office Manager
Hours: 33.45 hours per week
Duration: 191 days per annum, term time plus 1 day
Working Pattern: 8:15am to 3:15pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday; 8:15am to 4:30pm on Wednesday (including 30-minute unpaid lunch break each day)

Salary:£24,656 - £26,134 FTE Actual Annual pro-rata salary: £19,124 - £20,270

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Cover Supervisor to support our students by supervising lessons when teachers are absent. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of safeguarding practices. Maintaining confidentiality and working to ensure the best outcomes and wellbeing for students are essential elements of this role.
