Cover Supervisor - Hounslow, West London
* Full time, Monday to Friday (8.20am to 3.30pm)
* Pay - £95 to £100 PAYE (equivalent to £116 per day via umbrella company)
We are seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join an Ofsted rated good school in Hounslow, West London. This long-term position offers a daily rate between £95 and £100 per day, with working hours from 8.20 am to 3.30 pm, Monday to Friday.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive learning environment in the absence of the regular teacher. Your responsibilities will include supervising students in the classroom, managing behavior, and ensuring that the lesson plans provided are delivered effectively.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to engage with students of all ages, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Prior experience working in a school setting or with young people is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.
This full-time position is set to commence on the week beginning the 21st of April. Candidates must have an enhanced DBS subscribed to the update service or be willing to process one, along with valid right to work in the UK.
Zest Education is an REC audited agency dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, provide references to cover the last two years, and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
