Cover Supervisor - Day-to-Day Supply

Forever Education is working with secondary schools in Borehamwood and surrounding areas that are recruiting for daily Cover Supervisors for flexible day-to-day supply work across a selection of well-run secondary schools in Borehamwood and surrounding areas.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive on variety and want to build experience across different school environments. Day-to-day supply offers the freedom to choose when you work, without the pressure of a long-term commitment.

Responsibilities

• Delivering pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the regular class teacher
• Maintaining classroom focus and enforcing school behaviour policies
• Managing student behaviour confidently and professionally
• Reporting back to staff on student progress and classroom conduct
• Adapting quickly to different subjects and school settings
• Being punctual, proactive, and reliable for daily assignments

About you

• Experience working with young people in schools or youth settings
• Strong classroom presence and effective behaviour management skills
• Flexibility and resilience across different schools and age groups
• Available 3-5 days a week
• Professionalism and clear communication
• Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
