Full-Time Cover Supervisor Secondary Academy, Southampton
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Fixed-term until July 2026
Pay: £100 £120 per day (dependent on experience)

Are you passionate about education and eager to make a positive impact within a secondary school setting? We are currently seeking a committed and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join a well-regarded secondary academy in Southampton on a full-time basis, starting September 2025. This is a long-term position, running through to July 2026, with the potential for extension or a permanent placement for the right candidate.

About the Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the school by supervising students during the absence of their regular class teachers. You will be responsible for ensuring pupils remain on task with the work set, managing classroom behaviour effectively, and maintaining a focused and positive learning environment. The role spans a variety of subjects and year groups, offering an excellent opportunity for those considering a career in teaching or looking to gain valuable experience within education.

Key Responsibilities:
