Academics Supply Agency is seeking a Cover Supervisor to join their team, supporting students and teachers in various Calderdale schools. Immediate start, with flexible full-time or part-time supply options and a competitive pay structure based on experience.

You will supervise students, deliver pre-planned lessons, and help maintain a positive learning environment while adhering to school policies and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people (in a classroom, sports setting, or similar).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage student behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Proactive and adaptable, able to handle a variety of school settings and age groups.
• No formal teaching qualifications required, but experience in a supervisory or support role is a bonus.
