Location: Streatham, Lambeth

The Role: Cover Supervisor - Secondary School - Streatham

Cover Supervisors are responsible for managing groups of around 30 students independently and delivering the set work to a high standard, answering student questions to the best of their ability regarding the tasks set.

You will be expected to:

1. Provide cover for registration
2. Deliver lessons with limited preparation time and on short notice when required
3. Create a positive learning environment, applying the school's behaviour policies consistently and fairly
4. Build students' self-esteem through positive interactions, praise, and encouragement
5. Assist with the development and implementation of SEN support plans
