Great Yarmouth Charter Academy, part of Inspiration Trust, invites applications for a Cover Supervisor to supervise classes when teachers are absent and to support teaching and learning across a 39-week calendar.
The role requires strong behaviour management, good numeracy and literacy, and the ability to communicate effectively with pupils, families and staff. A September start is preferred, with onboarding completing before then.

This role will be based at Great Yarmouth Charter Academy, Salisbury Road, Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, NR30 4LS.
Great Yarmouth CharterAcademy isseekingto appoint an enthusiastic,reliableand responsible person to work as a Cover Supervisor to provide cover for whole classes whilst covering the absence of teachers to allow them to carry out professional duties and training.
You will be someone withstrong communicationand behaviour management skills, confidence, patience, and adaptability. You will be able to remain calm under pressure, build positive relationships with students, and effectively supervise a class by delivering set work and managing classroom behaviour.
