The Role:

I am currently seeking a dynamic and versatile Cover Supervisor, who is eager to undertake part-time or full-time general cover responsibilities as needed by my leading client based in Gloucestershire. To be successful in this role, you will need to be confident in delivering engaging lessons provided by the school cover managers or curriculum leaders. As the Cover Supervisor, you will also be responsible for taking the attendance register for supervised classes and managing student behaviour. This school has a significant number of students with SEN requirements, so confidence in tailoring lesson delivery to accommodate their needs is essential.

This is an excellent opportunity for graduates and aspiring teachers with minimal classroom experience to begin their careers in education, as well as experienced cover supervisors eager to explore new environments. The successful candidate will be motivated to hit the ground running and take on a diverse range of responsibilities. The day rate for this role is expected to be between £100 and £120, depending on responsibilities and experience.
