We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, innovative, Cover Supervisor to join our highly successful team of supportive colleagues whose shared purpose is to inspire and challenge all pupils at Oakfield Academy.
This role would be ideal for an organised, flexible and resilient person who can adapt quickly, challenge and support learners of all ages in a range of skills and be able to adapt to and deliver the plans from a wide range of teachers. The successful candidate will do their all to ensure learners of all abilities make progress in all lessons, enjoy their learning and feel happy and safe. They will encourage all pupils to reach the high expectations of our academy.
The role will be varied and include running a club after school and undertaking the duties of staff they are covering. There will be a timetable to follow when not covering lessons to support teachers in class. Flexibility in this post is paramount as no two days are the same.

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
This post is for 30 hours per week, term time only plus 5 x INSET days. The actual salary will start at £17,822 gross per annum (£1,485 gross per month). There are four pay points within the grade and the post holder will move through these points, increasing their salary each April.
This role will require an enhanced DBS with a clear outcome, and you will also need to have the right to work in the UK documentation.
