About the role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes during the short-term absence of teachers, ensuring students stay on task with pre-set work. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in education or for those looking to step into teaching in the future.


What we're looking for:

  1. Confidence to lead a classroom and manage student behaviour
  2. Strong communication skills
  3. Experience working with children or young people (volunteering, coaching, mentoring, etc. is advantageous)
  4. A passion for education and supporting students' development
  5. Flexibility and a positive attitude

Requirements:

  1. Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
  2. Eligibility to work in the UK
  3. Reliable transport or ability to commute across Cheshire West and Chester
